Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the BK's Audio Video Systems website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

BK's Audio Video Systems provides professional audio/video installation, home theater design, security camera installation, networking services, and related products. All services are subject to availability and acceptance.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Deposits are non-refundable but apply to final project cost
• Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed

Orders and Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation fees may apply. Service appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.

Service Terms

• Installation services include labor and materials as specified
• Customer must provide access to property and work areas
• Additional charges may apply for unforeseen circumstances
• We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warranty our workmanship for 90 days from completion. Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers. Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those expressly stated.

Limitation of Liability

BK's Audio Video Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of BK's Audio Video Systems and protected by copyright laws.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Steuben County, Indiana.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Binding arbitration or litigation as a last resort

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

Consumer Rights

These terms do not affect any statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are a consumer in the EU, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.
