Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the BK's Audio Video Systems Inc. website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

BK's Audio Video Systems Inc. provides professional audio/video installation, home theater design, security camera installation, networking services, and related products. All services are subject to availability and acceptance.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice
• Invoices are issued through QuickBooks Online; payment may be made by bank transfer or other methods we make available at the time of invoicing
• Deposits are non-refundable but apply to final project cost
• Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed

Orders and Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation fees may apply. Service appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.

Service Terms

• Installation services include labor and materials as specified
• Customer must provide access to property and work areas
• Additional charges may apply for unforeseen circumstances
• We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason

Website Accounts and QuickBooks Connection

Our website provides an admin dashboard and a customer portal that display invoices, balances, and payment status. These features connect to our QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's authorized API. By using these features you agree that:

• You will use the website and portal only for lawful purposes, and only to access information relating to your own account or, if you are an administrator, the accounts you are authorized to manage.
• You will keep your login credentials confidential and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.
• Accounting information shown on the website is provided for convenience; the records maintained in QuickBooks Online are the authoritative source.
• Your use of any Intuit or QuickBooks functionality accessed through our website is also subject to Intuit's own Terms of Service.

We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the online account features at any time. How we handle data accessed through the QuickBooks connection is described in our Privacy Policy.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warranty our workmanship for 90 days from completion. Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers. Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those expressly stated.

Limitation of Liability

BK's Audio Video Systems Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of BK's Audio Video Systems Inc. and protected by copyright laws.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Steuben County, Indiana.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Binding arbitration or litigation as a last resort

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

Consumer Rights

These terms do not affect any statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are a consumer in the EU, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.
